Returned items must be on the same conditions as they were shipped. We will not process any returns if the items are damaged, or have wear signs [Stains, Creases, Burns or anything that devalues the merchandise]
Shipping & handling fees are not eligible for refund upon return of items. Shipping fees will be deducted from your total of your order.
- Return“FREE SHIPPING” orders:
If your order qualified for free shipping, you will be charged the “waved shipping& handling fees” upon return.
- Orders under $1000.00:
You are allowed to return your items within 15 days of its arrival. Please make sure you contact us before shipping your order back.
- Orders OVER $1000.00:
You are allowed to return your items within 30 days of its arrival. Please make sure you contact us before shipping your order back.
- Damaged Items:
If any of your items arrives damaged, please take 2 to 5 digital picture of the damage and contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to solve this issue.
